Hafiz Zainol is a Malaysian born contemporary photographer graduated from University of the Arts London (UAL) London College of Communication campus. He started his journey in photography by taking photographs of family occasions such as gathering, wedding and holidays. In 2013, he received a diploma in Creative Photography and Digital Imaging from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. His first commissioned was in 2011 to shoot MasterChef Malaysia season one. Dedicated to exploring the veracity of photographic and video documents in his observation-led photography focusing on sociology, culture and sustainability. His recent work title 'Death of The Etiquette and Manner' aims to create awareness about the public toilet and challenge the viewers to rethink their own stance towards the unpleasant space yet crucial in everyday life.
