WHY BAKERY

I chose bakery as business because i love baking cakes and cookies. During my leisure time, i used to bake some cakes and cookies for tea break session .I took my mother as my role model because she inspires me a lot about baking. One day, i had a thought that why not i chose this bakery as business to generate some income. Even when i scroll up on Insta or Facebook posts, i always came crossed with surprise delivery and bakery . All this things has motivated and encouraged me to start bakery as my start up business. As for now, i would like to focus on a small group because the business is at the first stage. As baker , i can challenge myself by creating new recipe to improve the sales and customer satisfaction. Before venture into baking business, i and my sister have try out a variety of new recipes for cakes and cookies. We made an attempt to bake chocolate cakes and innovate them by adding some almonds and choco chip into it. Trust me, it really turn out very well and taste really good. I can express my ideas by doing experiment on different ingredients to bake cakes and cookies as well as to decorate them in different designs. As my journey begins into bakery world, i start to learn more and new things. We as humans can’t be perfect all the time so i discover many people out there who are suffering from allergies such as lactose intolerance and even there are vegans. So i started to made a recipe for them where by for vegans , we don’t add eggs into mixture instead of it we will add milks into it. For those who are suffering from lactose intolerance, we can bake cakes without adding milks or any other dairy products into it. By doing things, i have learnt to make different types of cakes and cookies as well as i have solve the problem of those who likes to eat cakes and cookies even though they have food allergies. Whenever i follow my parents to bookstore, i will buy the recipes books to try out new recipe for cakes and cookies. During Deepavali , i have made three types of different cookies such as red velvet cookies, chocolate almond cookies and vanilla choco chip cookies. My family and relatives gives me the positive feedback and all of them enjoyed the cookies. Whenever I get positive feedback for my baking , it boost me up and gives me the confidence to bake more cookies and cakes. My cousin sister is joining the online baking classes so she learnt a lot new recipe and shares them to me. She also teach on how to make new cookies and cakes. Apart from that, she also joined the classes on how to decorate creatively your cakes and cookies and she teaches me some techniques about it. My cousin sister also bake some cookies and cakes and sell them online. She earns a good income and that inspires me a lot to do baking as my passion.
