Saree is one of the traditional dresses of our country and it give and elegant look on the person who wears it. In modernization in our country, a lot has change but the value of saree still have a place in most of the Indian women. Many people are still wearing sarees for important occasion such as family function, temple and etc. Saree also became the formal attire for Indian women’s.

Moving on to the next point, as for my knowledge in Malaysia, not only Indian people are wearing saree but Chinese and Malays are also practicing to wear saree. However, the Malay community use the saree to stitch it as ” baju kurung , baju kebaya and etc, as they feel sarees has unique design and perfect color combination.

Moving on to the interesting topic which is “HOW” I get into this business. I started this business when I was Still a Student with the help of my brother. I started this business five years ago. One fine day I had a thought of why should not i start up an online business , so that i can help people who has no time and transport to shop online to buy their favorite Indian attire and enjoy wearing it. Then, I start my search for dealers directly from India , so that I can got it for good price and at the same time serve people with good quality saree with affordable price as the prices in the store are double or triple the selling price of mine. Next, I created a Instagram page and started to post saree pics and my followers started to increase day by day as I post beautiful sarees.

Furthermore, I started to grow my business by selling lenghas which is also quite famous Indian attire. Lengha mostly worn by young and teenagers. We also do customization attire, as we will customize different design for each customer so that no one will have the same design as yours . Every piece is a unique one. Its solely done for that one particular customer. So here i get to help many people by creating their dream attire for the big day or for their special occasion.

Next, Im going to talk why I choose Online business. The main reason i choose to venture in online business is because, with the availability of internet ,everything is within our reach from just sitting at one place. By just using our mobile phone, as business owner we can also reach our customer from any part of the country by just sitting at home.
