Back again!! Hi everyone,sihat?I hope you people okay with this pandemic season..Much hug n love,we will pass this too…#kitajagakita…Mental stablitiy is a must to lead a happy life,spread love where ever you go…If u read my previous post,I’ve mentioned about my PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome )

What is that?Apa tu?Bahaya ke?Must be in full time medication?..Simple & quick –it elevated levels of male hormone levels among women of reproductive age.  (hormonal disorder )Faham?Lagi simple.hormon laki lebih dari hormone perempuan,masalah ketidakseimbangan hormone…So, bila hormone laki dah lebih,what will happen next?It will make cystic acne, hair loss or unwanted hair growth, chronic fatigue, insomnia, and enlarged ovaries that contain follicles surrounding the eggs n bla bla…Sad when u gt misai n everyone keeps on look at u like are from another planet..Haixx!! So much of negativity makes me stressful..

Victoria Beckham?!Sape tak kenal dengan wife pemain bola sepak terkenal yang hensem!!!I’m a fan girl of this man!!Pernah tengok her?She is soooo much of positivity with herself when she diagnosed with PCOS..Public figure p mana pun kena jaga penampilan diri,kalau ada PCOS selain misai another one yang kena best friend is kembung perut ( bloated stomach )cuba bayangkan p mana pun orang sibuk dok tanya ada isi tak ?Stresss again!!!!!!!Where hormone pun dah zig zag, infertility happen okay…SO STOP ASKING WOMAN WHEN THEY GOING TO HAVE A KID !!Sape tak nak anak kan??This all happened to her,pernah baca in an article..How she overcome that?Positive vibes & unconditional love from her husband of course..Very very penting untuk dapat sokongan from your partner…Whatever it is, you’re not alone in your struggle.

THE SOLUTION

The thing with PCOS is that it also affects women emotionally and again it’s important to talk about your feelings…. If you are being body-shamed, then do not take it….We need to constantly be in tune with how we’re managing our symptoms, both physically and mentally…. You need to find self-love…You need to change your thought process and you will flourish both internally and externally …Your flora begins with DOLLY…Making lifestyle changes, like nutrition and exercise, are great ways to manage your PCOS symptoms…

And it’s pretty cool that we even share a common disease with such varied women across the globe..Kita terpilih kot !!Hahaha!!We are special & unique..Sad sad… We live in a society where a woman’s reproductive system is a taboo and a disorder related to it…That rhetoric of self-care is paraded quite a bit but in a very superficial way because what they mean by self-care is that you need to look good for us..You need to look good and comfortable in your own skin…Be yourself without any restrictions… Awareness is needed,that prolongs for a lifetime and can be simply controlled by a proper diet and lifestyle… PCOS does arise out of poor lifestyle habits but it has adverse effects and should be treated. Since it is not life-threatening, people don’t care enough about it…Came out with DOLLY to help by using Ayurveda treatment regimen..Will continue in next post about DOLLY…Your flora begins with us..
