Sooo… before I started with this online food business.. Previously , I been worked with airlines industries as groud operation handler for around 7 years.. Then when sudennly, the world get shocked with the pandemic Covid-19. U guys know rite, the airlines industry got hit so badly , to save the company ,we as employees are promoted with VSS. Im the one from a few collegue which accepted the VSS scheme hehee.. Yahh yahh.. the reason is why.. Air transport ? how do u operate when all the travellers, peoples, passengers, business man, bussines woman, doctor, patient all of us cant travel hehhe.. if u think then u think again..

Okay you know what? One of my super super favourite desserts is of course cheese tart… Tons of cheese that creamy and gooeey that kindda made my day a happy day 😊 . Oh not wait, wait until I tell u the story of the crust of the tart.. Perfect combination with pure unsalted butter that will bring all the good smells into your kitchen,sounds good haaa yummy hehehe..
I named this tart as HOKKAIDO CHEESE TART, becoz I got this inspired by the time im watching the Asian Food Channel on tv.. The story was telling about the host is travelling to Taiwan to find the good local desserts.. She finally got to try one of the dessert what it call yaa.. PORTUGESE EGG TART..So im thinking hmm why not I came out with ya IDEA!! HOKKAIDO CHEESE TART!! Yeay yeay I got it got it..
