THE SLICE

Personally I choose baking as my passion because I love to bake cakes and cookies. When I was small, I used to see my mother baked for us some cakes and cookies. Whenever I attend a birthday party , I can never stop myself from looking at the cake decorations. One day, my sister suggested to me that why not we bake our own cake instead of buying one. So my sister decided to bake our every first orange cake. The cake looks nice and taste good. Since then we start baking our own cakes. Besides baking cakes, my mother also used to bake for us some cookies during tea break. My mother has been my role model to bake cakes and cookies. She does tasty cookies for us all the time. During my leisure time, my sister and I used to bake cookies to fill up our free time. We try to make different types cakes and cookies and I must said we did well so far. When Deepavali is just around the corner, we used this great opportunity to make and create new cookies. We do attempt new cookies such as red velvet cookies, chocolate almond cookies and vanilla choco chip cookies.
