I’m 40 years old now, normally the body metabolism suppose to go down unlike if you are in your 20’s, but here, i tell you age is just a number it depends on how you see it. Some of the common factors of quick aging is stress, lack of exercise and most important food with the less nutrients. My name Kalai Alexader and im a health freak.
At this current era, we are not getting the right nutrients for the kind food we eat, most of them are only for the taste which im okay ones in a while ( sorry for being bias ) im from Penang the heart of food in Malaysia. I have lived all my life living in Penang, trust me you will, i know every village, town, lane or “lorong” serving wonderful delicious Penang food, regardless Malay, Indian or Chinese.
Im having an online sandwich delivery business GV F&B MARKETING,coming to the big WHY im doing this business, i feel that people are missing the most important thing in life and which keeps them/us moving, “GETTING GOOD AND NUTRITIOUS FOOD” i believe everyone should get or be aware of the important of food intake.
I started GV F&B marketing back in the 2017 with same intention, im a fitness freak as well so i feel that food and fitness should always tag along,and people should take this seriously. in our current life style everyone is busy running and chasing for money but overlooking in taking care of their health, Whats the point of money if your sick and not up to the health level that you should be at certain age.
I always been mesmerized and amazed by the intelligent of the human body, that’s the reason why i take things serious about health, at least for our family and our future generation. Lets not talk about food and health there are many things people don’t know, how intelligent our human body works, for example why do people sweat when they do workout any physical activity, majority people are still thinking, its the amount of cholesterol which is burned from the workout but in actual fact, its actually the human body releasing this liquid substance automatically in order to cool down our heated body temperature from the intense workout we do, now you why do some people sweats very less or don’t sweat at all when they workout.Cholesterol is burn regardless the moment you move.
Another new fun fact about the human body, have you ever realize that our hand or fingers will have some kind of wrinkles, when you stay in the water for too long or out from a swimming session, the body is actually adjusting itself to have a firm grasp towards the slippery surface.Well its not much to do with health but something extra for the readers here.
