Burning the Bridge

I left the corporate world in 2012 to rejuvenate a company that was set-up with my friends in 2008. One of my main objective is to experience being an entrepreneur and explore the business landscape while wanting to help people.

It was a very difficult decision to make especially when I was earning very well, coupled with 3 young children and financial commitments. My wife gave her blessings and pledged to be with me in my “sink or swim” mission. But, I knew she is not going to let me sink. Thus, I had only ONE choice, that is SWIM!

I had friends cheering me as I ran this new race in managing my business, yet there was doubt deep inside me ….. telling me to go back to my corporate world. Well, I will be paid well with job security and career progression. My actual turning point happened during the 2013 Hari Raya Gathering at my friend’s place, Mr Prim. He never failed to share his wisdom and warmness. He told me that I have burned the “U-Turn bridge” and I have to go forward, never to look back! His words inspired me and the rest is history.

I specialise in business consulting, training & education, coaching and learning technology. My company has grown to become a e-learning solutions provider. We provide e-learning consulting, develop e-learning platform and content development for clients. The current Covid-19 pandemic allowed us to assist our clients with our solutions.
