Missing the Walks

Interestingly lock down has created more awareness of the “little’ things we took for granted. Mother nature always has tremendous healing power. A simple evening walk around the park near my house regularly is so refreshing!! I miss green green grass outside my house. From the windows I can see the birds and the bees are having such fun. Ohh! How we have taken our the beauty of nature for granted. There are so many lessons to learn from nature, only if we can just take the time to enjoy its beauty. Nature is known to have such calming effect of humans.
