10 minutes stress buster

..Choose your most comfortable sitting place and position..

..Get comfortable….now consciously breath in slowly and deeply….

…and slowly breath out…take your time to breath in and out…

..let the process of breathing happen very slow and long…

..now gently close your eyes….

Observe your surrounding….the comfort of your seat…the soft surface you are resting..

..the cool temperature surrounding you…the light sounds you can hear around you..

…let yourself drift away in the empty space that you can see in front of your closed eyes…

…give a color to the blank space… a sweet light purple….

…feel that you are floating in the vacuum space…

…continue your slow and deep breathing….

…as you float…you feel your body becoming very light…

…the discomfort and ache slowly disappearing…

…you feel very relaxed…

…you see the space around you slowly changing color..from purple to blue ….

…you see tiny stars sparkling within the blue space…

…just continue watching them for awhile and let go of all thoughts…

…be aware of your breathing…breath in deeply and slowly…gently breath out…

…consciously bring a smile to yourself…and open your eyes slowly…
